Due to the news that the NHS Norfolk and Waveney Prescription Ordering Direct POD service is closing from 12th April 2024 however the phone lines will remain open until June 2024 however we will be taking over responsibility for your repeat prescriptions.

We would like to remind patients that we do not accept requests over the telephone. Alternative ways for you to order your medication would be via the NHS App, through our website or paper requests for those unable to use online services. You can post your repeat slip to us, if you have a nominated pharmacy the prescription will be there to collect 3 working days after receipt of your slip.
